Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA)
HCISD participates in the Texas Teacher Incentive Program, established to recognize effective teachers on four different levels: Acknowledged, Recognized, Exemplary and Master. These teacher designations generate additional teacher-focused allotment funding for districts in order for them to reward their top performers. View TEA's video to learn more.
